Massachusetts’ emergency family shelter system remains at-capacity, hundreds of families are stuck on a state shelter waitlist and many migrants have taken to sleeping at Logan Airport to stay off the streets. But some state residents are volunteering to house newly-arrived immigrants themselves.

Paul Belfanti, director of the organization, joins Radio Boston to discuss his group’s work and the current situation for migrants in the commonwealth.
